Terms and Conditions
Event terms and conditions outline participant rights, responsibilities, and organizer protections for conferences, summits, or similar gatherings. They typically cover registration, payments, cancellations, and liabilities. These should be customized for your event, ideally reviewed by a legal expert, especially for Nepal-based events given your work in event management apps.
Key Definitions
Common terms define core elements like "Event" (e.g., conference, webinar, or workshop), "Participant" (attendee or registrant), "Fee" (registration cost), and "Force Majeure" (unforeseeable events like pandemics or natural disasters preventing the event).
Registration and Payment
Participants agree to pay fees upon confirmation, with no attendance until full payment. Deposits (e.g., 50%) secure spots, and changes require written notice.
